Together with start-up problems, which are caused by electrostatic, a tendency to form dust increases. In this case discharged devices or anti-static spray can help. Also the increase of humidity around the folding machine can help. When the humidity is 50 –55 % and the temperature is 20-23 C the electrostatic charge occurs more rarely..
